Our largest region and the one the business grew up in. It takes in the established suburbs around Oakleigh, Mount Waverley and Glen Waverley, the length of the Casey and Cardinia growth corridor through Berwick, Officer, Pakenham and Cranbourne, and runs all the way down to San Remo and across the bridge to Phillip Island.
Most of the newer housing here is big: double storey, four or five bedrooms, two living areas, and enough glass and tile that a thorough clean is a genuine day's work rather than a couple of hours. The older suburbs closer in are the opposite, and are mostly regular fortnightly work.
It is also where most of our end of lease work happens, because the growth corridor rents and moves constantly. Every one of those is photographed before and after, because a bond inspection is an argument you want evidence for.
